Carolyn Kellam

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University and over a decade of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, Carolyn specializes in leading cross-functional teams, solving complex problems, and driving transformational change across domestic and international contexts. Carolyn has served in several roles within the US Navigators and also lived in Bratislava, Slovakia, working as a Senior Consultant with the Agathe Center for Entrepreneurship, focusing especially on research on missional and entrepreneurial eco-systems.
