Pastor Daron and Precious Moore are disciplemakers, educators, and serial entrepreneurs whose lives reflect a commitment to Missional Enterprise—using business, ministry, education, and innovation as vehicles for transformation. For more than two decades, they have launched and led initiatives designed not simply to generate income, but to meet needs, develop people, create opportunities, and advance the Gospel. Their entrepreneurial journey has included Daron’s independent record label, Reformation Records; Precious’ Levels of Excellence childcare and education business and real estate career (Moore Home Love); PTownfresh, their innovative discipleship ministry; Moore CyberEd, which equips individuals for careers in cybersecurity; and the development of Fresh Notes, a Bible study and disciplemakers resource designed to make discipleship practical and reproducible.
Their entrepreneurial vision continued with the launch of Transformational Global Enterprises (TGE Auto), through which they transformed the remaining inventory of a closing auto parts store into a growing resale business and micro-warehouse. Across each venture, Daron and Precious have demonstrated a pattern of seeing possibilities where others see problems and building sustainable solutions that serve people spiritually, educationally, professionally, and economically. Whether developing disciples, educating students, training future cybersecurity professionals, serving families, helping people purchase homes, or building businesses, their approach to Missional Enterprise is rooted in one central conviction: enterprise can be a tool for both transformation and mission.
